About
I'm Suyog Adhikari, a software engineer from Bhaktapur, Nepal. I studied computer science at Orchid International College in Kathmandu, and around graduation in 2019 I interned at TechFlow.space, building Python and Django analytics tools and a Telegram bot.
Later in 2019 I joined Venture23, a remote engineering studio, and I stayed for seven years. As a software engineer I built backend APIs, indexers and analytics pipelines for smart contracts, and wrote and deployed Solidity contracts across EVM chains and ICON for NFT platforms, staking systems, DeFi protocols, cross-chain bridges and on-chain games. On the side I freelanced, building a Django news aggregator and Python/Selenium data pipelines.
As a senior engineer I worked across the whole stack: React and Next.js frontends, high-throughput Node.js services, and Web3 infrastructure such as bridges, liquid staking, bonding curves and on-chain auctions. I also started guiding architecture decisions and mentoring other engineers, and delivered a social-impact app end to end, from protocol to product.
As a tech lead at Venture23 I led 5 to 10+ engineers across frontend, backend, smart-contract and infrastructure work, and owned architecture, code review and releases. Recent work there includes KIOSK-INDEXER, a Rust indexer and analytics platform for Sui; tokenomics with staking, vesting and reward contracts; fully on-chain games written in Move; and AI agents that orchestrate LLMs through the OpenAI and Anthropic APIs and MCP.
Since September 2026 I've been a senior backend engineer at Money Mitra, rebuilding their backend in Python and Django on a clean architecture — API domain by API domain — with an eye on correctness and security.
Outside client work, I'm a core organizer of Sui Hacker House Kathmandu, and I've been at Paris Blockchain Week 2024, Sui Basecamp 2024 and Sui Hacker House Bangkok. I was also shortlisted in the Breaking the Ice hackathon for Cre8Space.
